We keep it simple. Most jobs get quoted and booked in about 90 seconds.

Maxim Disposal runs roll-off dumpsters across Southwest Florida — construction and demolition debris, clean concrete, remodels, buildouts, facility cleanouts and yard waste. Contractors, builders, property managers and homeowners, from a single driveway tear-out to a jobsite running containers every week.

Ten thousand jobs in, the thing customers keep telling us is that the can showed up when we said it would. Call in the morning and there is a good chance we are at your address that afternoon. Next day is rarely a problem. Every rental includes 30 days. Rental periods around here run anywhere from three days to thirty, so it is worth asking whoever you call. Ask what a can costs and you get a straight number on the phone, not a callback.

Showing Up On Time,
Is the Part We Take Seriously

Service is the whole business. A container that lands a day late costs you a crew standing around, and a swap that does not happen stops the job. We build the route so the window we give you is one we can actually hit. When something does slip, you hear it from us first — not after you have already called twice.

You get the number before the can drops, and if anything changes — a heavy load, a damaged container — you hear about it when it happens. No invoice that takes a forensic accountant to figure out. Call (239) 470-8525 and we will quote your job in about two minutes.

How to Choose the Right Dumpster Size

Bigger is not always better. Tell us what the job is and we will size it with you — we do not push you into a 30 when a 20 does the work. Weight matters as much as volume down here, and roofing, tile and wet debris are heavier than most people expect.

Every size, the actual dimensions, and what each can will and will not take are laid out on the dumpster sizes and materials page.

Four containers cover almost everything we run. Each one includes a tonnage allowance sized to what these loads actually weigh on a normal job.

Maxim Disposal 10 yard roll-off dumpster
Small: 10-Yard Dumpster

Small cleanouts, single-room remodels, and heavy material like tile, dirt or roofing where weight fills the can long before volume does. Fits where a bigger can will not. 1 ton included.

Maxim Disposal 20 yard roll-off dumpster
Medium: 20-Yard Dumpster

The workhorse. Remodels, roof tear-offs and most residential construction. 2 tons included — and the concrete-only version of this can carries a 15-ton limit at the same rate.

30 yard roll-off dumpster
Large: 30-Yard Dumpster

Built for bigger work. Whole-home renovations, commercial buildouts, demolition and shops generating steady volume. 3 tons included, and about the most container you can still get on a driveway.

Maxim Disposal 6.5 yard concrete washout container
Concrete Washout 6.5 Yard

A dedicated 6.5 yard container for rinsing chutes, pumps and mixers on site. It keeps washout water and hardened material off the ground and out of the storm drain, which keeps an inspection-ready jobsite. Delivered and hauled like any other can.

Four Ways We Haul It
For Contractors and Homeowners

Different material goes to different facilities at different disposal rates, so it is priced differently. Concrete is the big one — a clean load goes to a recycling facility instead of a landfill and is the cheapest thing you can dispose of in Southwest Florida.

Construction Debris

Framing lumber, drywall, roofing, tile, flooring, fixtures and general jobsite waste. Available in 10, 20 and 30 yard cans for remodels, tear-offs and new construction.

Concrete Disposal

Clean concrete, block and busted slab. Our dedicated 20-yard concrete can carries a 15-ton limit at the same rate as a 20-yard for mixed debris. Keep the load clean and you keep the concrete rate.

Horticulture Dumpster

Land clearing, tree work, palm fronds, brush and yard waste. Horticulture goes to a different facility than construction debris, so it is priced separately. Available in 20 and 30 yard cans.

Concrete Washout

A 6.5 yard washout container for concrete crews. Rinse chutes, pumps and mixers into the can instead of onto the ground, and keep the site clean for inspection. We deliver it and haul it like any other container.
